After two decades as an Active Duty Air Force Special Warfare Pararescueman,
I have had the privilege of participated in some of the greatest education, training, and experience an operational medic can receive. I know what expert training looks like. I have witnessed the effects of undertrained and unprepared staff due to mediocre training and its results.
